Scooter Tramp Scotty: Living on the Road - Tipping the Scale Between Freedom and Stuff

Some go for a few months, some for a few years. Scotty Kerekes has been living on the road for twenty-one years. What started out as a soul searching experience turned in to a lifestyle for him. After being on the road for a year, Scotty realized that there was no turning back. He ended up selling everything he owned except for what fit on his bike, and hit the road… for good.

Scotty tells us what it’s like to live on the road, he is very candid about the hardships and highlights of his experiences. He talks about finding places to sleep, finances, the social aspect, relationships and more. It’s what some would perhaps consider an eccentric gypsy lifestyle, but for Scotty, and for a lot of us who dare to dream and dare to do, it just feels… right.
